How is the fee calculated?
Our standard fee is calculated as 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC (Cost to Company). For executive positions, the fee structure may vary based on the seniority and complexity of the role.
When do I need to pay?
You only pay after the candidate has successfully joined your company. The invoice is raised at that time, and payment is due within 30 days of the candidate's joining date.
What is your replacement policy?
If a candidate leaves on their own accord within 60 days of joining, we provide a replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the employee is terminated by the company.
